Wasn't sure what to expect from this product but I (the husband), really like it. It adds some support for my erection and fits snugly so works very similar to a conventional cock ring to keep things firm. The tip is exposed so pleasure is felt there but the shaft is less sensitive which helps to delay climax. The wife definitely felt the increase in girth and her facial expressions and vocals confirmed that she enjoyed it. Easy to use, but lube is helpful for donning. Not sure of durability because it does seem flimsy. We've only test driven it a couple times so far, more to come!
