Was afraid they would be to small as I have larger than (longer, wider) normal nipples but they fit perfectly.There has been complaints and comments they dont suck or they hurt. I moisten my nipples and areola area with lotion push the suckers into my nipple and breast while squeezing the nipple bulb and it sucks great and is comfortable to wear for hours. I don't have inverted nipples or any real reason to use these except yrs of saline nipple injections that lasts about 24 hrs or botox to my nipples got old and didn't last more than 2 to 3 months. Now I use the suckers a few hrs before my husband and I play or we go to the beach and it's much much less $$$$$$$$.I've even slept with them all night with no ill effect except my nipples were huge which is exactly what i was looking for. My husband loves large nipples but with that being said the large nipple effect from them only lasts a few hrs and they go back to normal.On a side note they can be worn under cloths with out coming off or being noticable.The only draw back is the end has a flat somewhat indent in it so to wear under a thin razorback top makes my nipples look a bit flat on the tip.
