NO guts (stuffing).Cons: our nut of a mutt wants to play fetch ALL day LONG with this toy! I mean dang, give me a potty break Copper Bean, I give YOU one every time you ring the bell to go out (with your daggum squeaky peanut)! And the family room looks like a Civil War battle reenactment with different color peanuts strewn about the floor. AND I almost peed my pants last night when I stepped on one in the dark and the air exit hole was lodged under the arch of my foot making the pink peanut emit a strained slow motion squeak.
