I was first introduced to Arjuna Ardagh when I was assigned to read his best selling book, The Translucent Revolution (2005), in my Master's of Psychology Program. The Translucent Revolution is about people who are "waking up and changing the world."This book, Better than Sex, an instruction manual for the waking up process and how to dissolve issues that get in our way. Ardagh is generous in the information he provides his readers. He reveals the coaching processes he uses to coach clients and train coaches and he also provides on-line access to tools that demonstrate the tools he introduces.In Better than Sex, Ardagh is making cutting edge concepts in coaching available to any person who is willing to do the work. The book is very easy to read and understand. It may be difficult to coach yourself using the book, but all the information is available if a person wanted to under go the challenge. The book would also be useful for coaches looking for new techniques to use in their practice and by people investigating being coached.
