I am in my mid twenties, and am a youth leader for middle school and high school girls. This book has given me so much insight into society and sexuality in general. This book has taken the way I mentor and teach young women to a new level that is more grounded in Biblical principles and wisdom. Not to mention the fact that it was beneficial for myself as well.It is important to realize that you do not have to have any previous knowledge or understanding of the show Sex and the City to get this book. I have seen maybe an episode or two, and that made no difference. You can read this book having never watched an episode or know who is who and still be ok. Even better than ok even!This book is a great counter to what the world has to say about relationships and sex and experiencing true love. Every girl can benefit from this book. Though due to content I wouldn't recommend this to anyone younger than junior/senior in high school age. And then only depending on maturity level and what they may already be struggling with. But by all means read it and pass along the insight you are sure to glean from it. They will definitely benefit from it.And I can't tell you enough, if you work with young girls and women, read this book. This will help in your ministry.
