First of all, I just love the box - it's glossy, modern, eye-catching and beautifully designed. Inside the box, along with the Kurve, there is a black, satin drawstring storage bag bearing the Hot Octopuss logo, a USB charging lead and two info leaflets.Charging the Hot Octopuss Kurve before use is simple due to the inclusion of a USB lead.I couldn't wait to get started.The Kurve vibe had felt like a top-quality intimate toy from the moment I plucked it from its black moulded box cradle. The shaft is covered with smooth, seamless plum purple silicone, while the tip is gel-filled for a tactile, squishy sensation.The buttons on the handle are easy to figure out and easy to find during use.Unlike other, lower quality toys, the Kurve has not just one but TWO motors inside.The TREBLE vibrations motor is located just beneath the gel-filled tip, while the BASS vibrations motor is lower down the body of the toy, just above the controls area. These motors can be operated independently thanks to the separate, labelled controls on the handle. You can have JUST the treble, JUST the bass, or both of them on at the same time – with differing intensities or pattern in either.I find the Kurve extremely effective. This is FAR from a typical boring product.And the power! Wow.The Hot Octopuss Kurve is rechargeable, waterproof, coated in body-safe non-porous silicone, easy to operate, has two powerful motors which can be operated together or independently and offers unlimited customisation when it comes to combining the speeds and modes. Charging lead and storage pouch is included, and I believe it's worth every penny of the price tag. Love it!
