My 7-month old pup was just spayed and had 4 teeth remove at the same time. During her recovery, she can only have soft foods and toys. This candy plush toy is perfect for her. She loves to play with it and I don't worry about her breaking her stitches. She hasn't had it for long, so I'm not sure how durable it is. But, she's pretty easy on her toys anyways. She's not a destructive chewer. She is also pretty small. She weighs about 7 pounds, so her yapper is pretty small. She really likes the size of this toy because it fits well in her mouth.I have a small fur baby and this is an ideal size for him and he absolutely adores this toy!!! He hasn't been able to destroy it either!!!This toy is exactly the size in the description - about 5". Juniper loves it as it's soft, squeaks, and is easy for her to carry. My 40lb dog loves carrying her toys all over the house, and I thought she'd enjoy this squeaky candy. When I opened the package---surprise! This is almost the size of an actual candy, it's tiny! The body of the toy is about 4 inches. Definitely too small for my dog (see how bitter she looks in the photo), probably suitable for the teeny-tiniest "teacup" size pets.Little bit of shame on Amazon for not showing the toy¡a dimensions more obviously online! At least put a banana or something for scale in the website photo!
