I am a 64 year old woman, and frankly forgot or didn't know myself about the effects menopause has on us. This book is extremely well writtenso that anyone can understand and learn about both men and women going through time together. It is helpful and respectful of both sexes andreally, everyone could benefit from reading this lovely and funny book. Five stars !! Get it, read it, and have better sex....
