This book provides illustrated exercises to overcome sexual dysfunctions like lack of female orgasmic excitement, female orgasm dysfunction, vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, and premature ejaculation. However, another book by the same author, "How to Overcome Premature Ejaculation," is dedicated to this particular subject, although there is no such excellent illustration. I can also recommend the "Sexual Desire Disorder: Dysfunctional Regulation of Sexual Motivation" written by the same author, which contains a more scientific background that may lie under all other dysfunctions. The minor drawback of all the author's books is that the terminology is outdated, but the meaning is still very relevant.
