I didn't but this product, but I worked for an adult store for nearly a decade & regularly sold this product & it's a great product! Our demo model held up for YEARS. It's also duel-density, which makes it one of the most realistic feeling products out there! Please make sure you read the instructions! Its not always intuitive. You press & hold for 5 seconds to turn on & off on most rechargeable models. It may also have a travel lock, which will be explained in the instructions, but it's usually something like pressing 5 times. You wouldn't believe how many people thought their toy was broken but it was actually just locked. Don't use a fast-charge block because you may over-load & fry it. Just be patient! Adam & Eve also provides a 5 year manufacturers warranty, so keep your receipt! Also, DO NOT use silicone lube on this product. Water-based only! Because it's made from silicone, some silicone lubes can degrade the material!
