This is a good starter cage. It has some inherent drawbacks, but overall it is a decent entry level cage.Pay attention to the dimensions. This cage is wider than a typical cage. I really like that aspect. It is also longer than most. I knew and expected that this would be too long for my daily use. The width is perfect for me. To be clear, the dimensions aren't a drawback of the design, but you should make sure you take note of the measurements. It comes with 5 different rings. I'm guessing they range between 43mm up to 55mm.Depending on your size, the interface with the ring and cage has the potential for some serious pinching. This is one of those inherent drawbacks of the design. And from previous experience with similar cages, this connection will get looser with time (i.e., more pinching while wearing). However, because the cage is wider than most, the risk of pinching is greatly reduced compared to more narrow cages of the same design. All the same, be careful. The materials seem robust, and I really like the open cage design. It will allow a lot of airflow. One of the other inherent drawbacks is the off-the-shelf spacing for the ball gap (one of the most important measurements for comfortable fit). Fortunately, these types of rings can be heated in boiling water and bent into shape as needed. I haven't done it with this one yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. This allows fine adjustments for different ball gaps.If this fits your length (congrats on your genetics), it would be a great starter cage. Watch out for pinching until you get used to it. And be prepared for some DIY modifications as necessary. As for the urethral tube, no thanks. Even if I was open to giving it a try, the anatomical design of the tip is off-putting.
