The first one I got, broke after 2 uses. I returned to the seller (who turned out to be British, which I didn't know from Amazon sale - return shipping to GB is very expensive). They were very nice and sent a new one as soon as I returned the broken one. The replacement seems ok so far, but there are better ones on the market, for about the same price. The 'Magic Wand' is sturdier with a stronger motor and better vibration.Broke at the beginning use of day two. Head snapped at the neck. Run Far Away from this thing!
