I had ordered the book because it was often mentioned during discussions of Susan Walsh, an amateur journalist who disappeared while investigating NYC's underground Vampire network, but I ended up receiving a book of essentially pornography for depraved fetishists, some who pretend to be vampires as an excuse to perpetuate some kind of blood fetish, others who get off to various kinds of sadomasochism and other abominations. For posterity, I'm holding onto it and am currently trying to donate it to a local Vampire community history library—mostly so I don't have to look at it anymore.
