The ability to use water in the cylinder is a feature found in pumps 10x the price. The pump is powerful enough to spray water over 3 feet which l discovered while using it in the tub. The largest sleeve is 1.5 inches, which is standard across all brands, but was snug once l became erect. The penis rings are a nice addition and l was able to use the 3 largest of the 6 which did block blood flow. I liked the quality of the rings.I was impressed with the various functions of the pump. I do agree with the one-star review that it is a powerful device that can be harmful if used improperly but there is a well written instructional manual included which should be read.The features that impress me the most are the sucking feature as well as the ability to pause and hold the pressure once an engorged size is reached.This feature helps me the most in accomplishing my purpose in using a pump. The most enjoyable sleeve is the vagina sleeve because it is more giving than the regular sleeve. Another benefit is its snugness when the sucking feature is used. I can feel the tugging sensation in my pelvic floors muscles which makes it a pleasurable experience and as close to realism as l have ever experienced.I have recently used it along with taking a Viagra and the pump provided enough stimulus to allow the Viagra to work. I did note that the vagina sleeve has torn due to my size but l have purchased a top of the line maker of adult entertainer sleeves and the same thing happens.Overall l am impressed with not only this device but the company itself as it stands behind their products.
