At first I thought I was expecting too much from this price point but after buying other silicone toys at this price point over this past week and trying them out..I realize this company just doesn't care about making a quality product.First off, the packaging is cute, it comes with fun stickers, and a great little insert about your satisfaction and how if you don't like it you can write them at this really clever e-mail "nogasm". I did write them a very generous review over this e-mail addressing concerns I had and expressing the positives. I NEVER got a response. I used the toy over the course of a week and I found over time..it got weaker? It was already a bit too weak for me but by the 7th use it was completely done. I've tried e-mailing their warranty team too and no response there either. This company does a good job at making you THINK they're going to care but don't be fooled. I can't orgasm with this at all anymore. I'll stick to my Pillow Talk Sassy and my Lelo Siri 2 thanks. A high end and a low end that both function infinitesimally better than this product. At this point this $5 plastic clit vibe I bought from a vending machine functions better than this. I'm just so disappointed that there is no support at all from the company that boasts about how great it is with their customer service. I want to talk about the pros of this product but they diminished so quickly that I feel that I can't. And yes, I know that silicone dampens vibration..that's the the nature of the beast but I can't repeat enough that I have other solid silicone that vibrates way better than this at the same price. If this if your first vibe and you're really sensitive you might like this? But for me it's only an edging tool because no matter which way I turn it, all the great surfaces I have to work with I cannot orgasm with this. I should have had my first clue when it took 10+ minutes on the first use when I'm ridiculously easy and can usually orgasm in under 60. I wanted to like this so much. I wanted to support this company because their advertising makes it look like they genuinely care. But the quality of this product lost value so fast and I couldn't get any help and that speaks for itself. I'm not a beginner, I know plenty of other companies out there that offer better product than this. This was a waste of $30.
