First, it doesn't use a regular battery so I won't be able to use rechargables with it and they'll probably be expensive. Second, the button on the end doesn't click so you can't change speeds or turn it off without loosening the end cap. Third, you can't return it through Amazon Prime but have to go through CalExotics' return system which requires you to pay return shipping. Don't waste your money. Choose something else.Update: I got the replacement and it has the same problem--the button doesn't click. Screwing the end on turns on the one speed it CAN do (it's supposed to have 3) so to turn it off you have to unscrew the end. I'm not paying return shipping on yet another broken product, and have been writing to their support department but keep getting an automated reply with instructions on how to send it back. I can't reach a human to see about getting a refund at this point. I would say their customer service is terrible. Again, don't bother buying this--it's trash. The one speed it does run is weak.
